Our Mission
We are people whose lives have been transformed by knowing Jesus and the power of His Spirit. Each one of us has experienced His grace and forgiveness in personal and unique ways and that has made us who we are today. We have found healing in Him and have built relationship with others within His church. Because of our experiences, we have a passionate desire to share the transforming power of a relationship with Jesus. When we asked ourselves "Why do we exist?" and "What is our goal?" The answers were summed up in this way: We want to bring people into relationship with Jesus Christ and His people.
Our Vision
Our desire is to have Jesus at the center and as the focus of all we do, so that His love, His power, and His peace are reflected to the world around us. We want our lives to be a REAL reflection of life in Christ. We want our ministry and message to be RELEVANT to the culture around us. We want our church to be RELATIONAL and be a place where anyone can find a connection to Jesus and His people. We want to be people who reflect the heart of Jesus through worship, discipleship and ministry.
Preaching and Teaching Pastor - Justin Miesse
Justin serves as Preaching and Teaching Pastor at SoulBridge Vineyard. Justin graduated from the Vineyard Leadership Institute in 2009 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo. Justin currently resides in his hometown of Celina with his wife Jennifer after spending the last 8 years between Toledo and Columbus. Justin served on staff at the Vineyard Church of Columbus working in the Community Center. Justins ministerial experience also includes smallgroup leading and worship leading, and as a worship team member.
Justin has passion for biblical studies and education. Worship is also a significant part of Justins daily life. Justins duties at Soulbridge include the primary speaking role as well as vision casting for message topics and themes. Justin serves on the leadership council and as a member of the worship team.
In his words; At SouBridge our aim is to be real people, with a relevant message through a relational style. Here youll find a pursuit of the truth of God, the power of God and the love of God.
Administrative Pastor - Tim Fraser
Tim serves as Administrative Pastor of SoulBridge Vineyard. Tim, along with his wife Cindy and daughter Hannah have resided in Van Wert since 1998. The Fraser family came to Van Wert from Columbus Ohio when Tim became the Youth Pastor at SoulBridge. Tim's pastoral experience has been via on the job training, first as volunteer youth leader at Vineyard Church of Columbus, then as Youth Pastor and Administrative Pastor at SoulBridge Vineyard. He was ordained through Vineyard USA on 11/25/2001. Tim is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Cartography and Remote Sensing. He is currently employed as a structural steel building detailer with Needham and Associates, an engineering and consulting firm in Ft. Wayne, Ind.
Tim's duties as Administrator include, in his words, "Making sure all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted." He oversees the maintenance of the building, the day to day operations of the church, serves on the leadership council and is a member of the finance board. Tim also assists with preaching, outreach and visitation.
In his spare time, Tim and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, bird watching, gardening, walking and biking. You can also find Tim coaching Upward Basketball each winter, and getting in 1 or 2 rounds of golf in the summer - if he is lucky!
Vineyard believes
•That all scriptures are God-breathed and are our final absolute authority and the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
•That there is One Living and True God in three persons of one substance-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-Equal in power and glory.
•That Jesus Christ, being fully God, came in the flesh, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, offered Himself as an atonement for the sinfulness of mankind by his death on the cross, died, was buried, rose again from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father.
•That all who repent of their sins and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and form the living Body of Christ, of which he is the head and of which we are all members.
•In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all of the Biblical gifts of the Spirit. And that a believer is commanded to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit and thus empowered for holiness and service.
•In the literal, personal, and glorious return of Jesus Christ. At which time He will bring about the final defeat of Satan, the resurrection of the dead, the eternal blessing of the righteous and eternal conscious punishment of all who have rejected Christ's love.

One thing people notice almost immediately about Soulbridge Vineyard is the feel of the worship.
Please feel free to participate in worship here at the Vineyard to whatever degree you feel comfortable. You may discover after a few times that you are really looking forward to that part of our service and that worshipping God is a wonderful experience. It can help lower your walls of defenses against the Lord, allowing Him to touch you deeply and change your life forever.

We value our children above all else. Children's programs are available each week for all ages.
Soulbridge believes that children are the future of the Kingdom of God and we teach them values and biblical principals that they can use for the rest of their lives.
Homegroups
Soulbridge Vineyard offers mid week homegroups that encourage connections between one another while providing an exciting relavant biblical teaching.

Prayer Ministry
The Vision
At SoulBridge we believe that prayer should be an active part in everything we do. We believe that God still speaks through his gifts and we believe that prayer is a place to grow and participate in those gifts. At Soulbridge our goal is to provide a place for people to grow and actively use prayer both in the church and also in their daily lives.
Soulbridge believes in the power of serving others. By serving others we introduce them to the kingdom of God and the power of Jesus Christ.
